As a group, we have decided to produce a promotion package for a new film, to include a teaser trailer, a film magazine front cover featuring the film and a poster for the film.

We thought we would start by listing some genres, of which we would pick one to use. The list we made consisted of HORROR, ACTION, THRILLER, SCI-FI, ROMANCE, COMEDY and ADVENTURE.

We decided that we would like to make a Sci-Fi trailer, so wrote a short list of things which are found in Sci-Fi movies: Alternate Reality; Spaceships, Space, Strange Planets, Time Travel, Aliens, Superheroes. Most of these things would be too difficult to achieve on a very limited budget, such as Planets, Aliens and Spaceships, so these were eliminated. We discussed making a Superhero movie, which then progressed into the idea we have now.
